Every time I shop at RJB there is always a friendly warm welcome, and every employee I have interacted with (which I believe has been everyone employed there with the amount of times I’ve visited😆) has been super friendly with excellent customer service! And working in a customer service field myself I ALWAYS pay attention to that in any business that I go into. Keep killin’ it, Kelsey and the RJB team!

I’ve had top notch customer service both in store and when ordering online. Staff is always so knowledgeable about product sizing and are able to seamlessly guide me into the right (often smaller) size for the best fit. The personalized boutique shopping experience offered at RJB keeps me coming back time and again.

I don’t even know what I did with my life before this store existed. It’s like the owner Kelsey just gets me… I always feel confident and in style in my RJB clothes. Plus, the quality is always amazing and the in store shopping experience is welcoming. I recommend this store to anyone!!

RJB has such a good variety of quality clothing! From work wear, formal wear, casual wear, they have something for everyone. I like being able to find things I can’t get anywhere else. The staff is very helpful and I love asking them for advice on outfits and fits!

RJB has the cutest clothes and is a breath of fresh air for Marquette! I bought the comfiest and cutest pair of jeans, as well as a few other pieces- no complaints, quality is still holding up! I LOVE the ambiance of the new shop and the staff were all kind and helpful! 10/10

Being a little 😘 older customer I really appreciated the employees knowledge of the details of the fabrics and knowledge of which items compliment each other. Shop is very clean and so cute. I like that the clothes aren’t just for the young people. Shops are limited in our area. The choices I swear are unlimited and new thing's seem to appear and refresh weekly. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. It’s really great the employees know what compliments each other. This shop is one of my favorites since Yonkers disappeared and I appreciate the shop is right here. Thank you for choosing Houghton for your business we really were in need of a shop that offers so much variety along with quality clothing.
